OUR MISSION
At Shark Bois Int. the core of our approach is founded on decentralizing power. Our co-operative methods give us a unique advantage in developing new and innovative IP. Reinvesting in the industry is the principle of our mission. Buying in rather than selling out has poised us to collect significant returns in the future. With our unwavering commitment to our ethos our mission is clear:
In order to change the industry you need to lead the industry.
A founding member of the company Ryan’s initial portfolio laid the blue print for the start up that would eventually grow to become Shark Bois Int. His unique perspective and historical expertise provide context that allows our team to explore the future of IP while maintaining a firm understanding of the traditions that paved the way. Additionally his natural abilities to lock in on key takeaways has allowed him to carve out a niche role in our R&D department as the go to for finishing touches. Taking on the role as the face of the company, Ryan’s work as a spokesperson has been instrumental in the success of our public outreach and networking efforts.
Since the inception of the company Landon has been a driving force, setting the pace, and keeping projects on time. His immaculate attention to detail has proven time and time again to be a pivotal factor in our public outreach and networking events along with our R&D efforts. Over the past five years Landon has really found his stride often working as a lead on IP development projects. With his current trajectory we have high hopes he will continue to raise the bar and usher in a new era of Shark Bois Int.
Coming on early as the third member of the board, Jake holds roles in both the public facing and behind the scenes management of the company’s investments. Heading up the manufacturing division, he has proven to be an asset to the company’s bottom line. His role in R&D lends itself to big picture ideas and synergy within the departments. His ambitions have pushed the company to new heights, and we look forward to seeing what he has in store for the future.
Working with the company for years as an independent contractor, Austin has been an invaluable asset to our public outreach and networking events. As of 2025 he has accepted a seat on our board of directors and will be leading special projects for the Shark Tape program, along with developing IP side by side with the other board members in the R&D department. His voice has been a welcome addition to the board, and we are excited for the diversity it will bring to our growing portfolio.
